blended calls not getting sound

hi there,

i have setup inbound with blended options which seems to be ok. The calls get landed and get information on agent's system as well music on hold got played and pop up got but both of couldnot listen anything. here is the log files rest is ok.

seems strange with this line
Called 192*168*050*009*78600051@minutes-provider

why it is dialing through minutes-provider?

Good question, must be something in your settings or dialplan, because that is not normal.

Have you run the "update_server_ip" script when you changed your IP address? This is a symlink to the "ADMIN_update_server_ip.pl" which updates your Vicidial settings to the new IP address.

It was issues with some dial plan settings.
