Gardo, I am using VNow interface.

I want to add ShoutBox script in the Agent Screen and also in Admin Screen.

I DON'T want to mess up the PHP as I am NOT good in PHP.

Can u suggest em the line number where I can INSERT the Shoutbox script ?

Sorry Brett, I didnt get you .

I am looking forward to show ShoutBox on agent screen with UserName as their login name.

Also, On admin screen , having ShoutBox.

If Possible, Admin can remove option of ShoutBox from agent screen for any particular agent.

yes this this one use iframe with pop up ,then in vicidial.php for exemple you will just add a submit botton to pop up it
it's easy
if you know php you can do it very simple :wink:

use google to understand php more of find a php programmer because your shoutbox need be integrated in the interface vicidial

How about providing a LINK which will pop up window with shoutbox on agent screen ?

Though I tried it and when I click on the link, it refresh the page and agent gets logout and login again.

ok really i have see that no one want to help you :D
and sorry really i was busy this day.
i have see you code for the shoutbox it's not very good it miss for exemple the emoticons etc...
so i have create this one and i have add it in the version 2.2 i don't know if you will like it .
and no database needed to install it

just they are a one problem is the mix use of shoutbox and agentview span to the same left table so i have hide the agent view script but i will correct it because i will do the same thing to the shoutbox with the use onclik ...+java script.
i will post the source code and if same one want to correct and help us it will be free for all person here
