performance problem

we have a vicibox server with a dell dual core xeon 1.86 ghz and 2Go RAM we use a all calls recording campaign and we use ram drive tode recording.
we have a performance problem when the agent have a call he show the lead details after 5second in his web interface.
how can we resolve this

What kind of trunks?

line-to-agent ratio?

What codec are you using?

no compression for agents and we use g729 for trunk

I think you need at least one more server, possibly two. G729 compression should be moved to a separate server or at least a codec transcoding card(from Digium or Howler Technologies) because that is causing most of the load on your server.
