yes i can not say never that osdial is not good

i have ask them yesterday what news they have add to there solution they have answer me that they are add asterisk 1.6+centos 64 bit ,and osdial work only in centos .
but if same one want it in ubuntu for exemple i'am here i have success this add in ubuntu .
all is avaible in there solution A..Z they support there solution by the add of the price voip and the support instalation

It would really be great if Vicidial can be made skinnable. Templates can easily be chosen and applied. Based on the screenshots above, we have already have a couple of them.

Or why not charge a small amount like 49$ or so for different skins ?

Vicidial is Open Source but skins can be made paid add-ons.

$49/each wouldn't get anywhere close to covering the cost of the programming time it would take to make the agent interface fully skinnable in the first place. And I wouldn't want to charge for them anyway, if we do spend the time to make it skinnable it will be free.

yes you are right and i have other point we can speak about it
if we work hard and if we change vicidial as this way ,at the begin he is free and really the most crm used in the world this is the trust maybe more than 60% of person earn money with it ,they enter this forum they wait the other create and work hard to put this features then they take it so easy and finally they say that they are the creator of it .
i see this not fair so if all person want vicidial be in more situation so they need to share they idea and they work too.

first me personaly i will say thank vicidial really this solution is my teacher.
i have know asterisk with it,i have undersand the world of linux too with it and i have understand more language as java,php,agi etc...
for now i have see more than firm use vicidial and buy and they say that can give no limit licences this is not true and just same of them have costume it but finnaly they have never put in public there source here .
as osdial and other and other .
but finnaly without vicidial they can never made it.

yes the source is avaible in there Sourceforge .
but they have disable the install.pl
by default there source is based in centos 5 and more .
to install it you need do this :
cd /usr/local for exemple
then tar xvf <there osdial.gz>
the cd osdial

#
# make clean
# Removes previous install config.
#
# make install
# Install Base, User Interface (web) and documents/samples.

yes true me too i'a using css style as osdial have made ,and why not maybe i will do same thing skinable so just he choose his style and he can login ,but ir will take same times to do it

As I have mentioned before, I have no problems with changing the code to use CSS, it's just the amount of time that would take to do it. We are backlogged with paid programming work, and nobody wants to pay us to make ViciDial skinnable, so it won't be done in the forseeable future.

I used all, and Vnow version is seem better,caller all like it very much. It's very easy and not do any mistake. But add a buttom envelop when show status menu, if not can cause call lost.

what you have like in this agent interface
maybe if we work all together here we can do it
but the probleme is all is just waiting same thing ready for use or they use it for commercial use.
i know they are many person here can work and help.
and waiting just the groupe of vicidial creating them it's not a solution.
if we see that vicidial groupe have made many features to the vicidial so we need also help there.

Mflorrelji, one aspect that you may have overlooked is that many people are forced into improving the fugly front end, and thus end up with their own "versions" of vicidial. improve the front end yourself and remove the biggest incentive to fork.

however all said and done, v is a great piece of work.
