Hardware based (IP phones, ATAs and etc) phone system is still better than software. Specially when dealing with thin clients.

But in case of thin client, soft phone wont work properly ?

For 30 seats , all outbound .. Whats should be the server config for Thin Client's server?

Anyone sucessfully implemented and running it smoothly on thin client for 30 seats ? or so ?
