Vicidialnow Scratch Install (RPMs)?

I know there is a source scratch install for Vicidial.
Just wondering if there's a guide or tutorial for scratch installation Vicidialnow, which I believe uses RPMs and various other optimizations.

None yet. I don't actually see the point why you would want to do a scratch install using VicidialNOW when it's already a complete Vicidial system.
