yes the source is avaible in there Sourceforge .
but they have disable the install.pl
by default there source is based in centos 5 and more .
to install it you need do this :
cd /usr/local for exemple
then tar xvf <there osdial.gz>
the cd osdial

# make clean
# Removes previous install config.

# make install

here they use the asterisk 1.2 you can use the same step of asterisk-1.2-vici-patched

they have say that there last version work too in asterisk 1.6
