can call length be limited when dialing manually if yes how?

vicidial now 1.3 new installl
i want to dial manually but i want each call to get disconnected by itself if i forget to disconnect it. or frankly saying i want to limit my agents call length to 3 minutes who are dialling manually

The is no setting within ViciDial that will do this, but you could probably alter your Asterisk dialplan to achieve this.

thanks for the reply matt florell it is pleasure to know that u bother to reply most of the quieries. ok coming to the point ... can i have the dialplan for a normal 5 min calll ..... just i have a centre doing marketting calls whre in the agents some times keeps on talking .... say for like 15 mins ...which is pretty costly for me even if i make that sale .
so i would request u to telll what exactly should i change in my dial plan my dial plan is as follows

exten => _XXX.,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _XXX.,2,Dial(sip/${EXTEN}@SIPtrunk,55,o)
exten => _XXX.,3,Hangup

How about learning your salesagents to be more effective?

Like paying them per sale

You can put a hard limit on all your calls with Asterisk. It can be 5 mins, 10 mins or even 60 seconds. This will automatically disconnect your calls depending on your settings. Google is your friend. :)

i appreciate ur reply ...but can u telll me how to this hard limit in asteris on vicidialnow 1.3 ce i would be very grateful to u man ...i want alll the users cc101 to cc130 have the same features ... i have posted ...my dial plan please if u can help me out of this it would reallly be gr8
