Hi Matt,
I have this problem when I upgrade may vicidial.

what exactly did you do when you upgraded from rc1 to rc4?
All you should have done is run the install.pl script.

What actual problems are you having, what you posted are just WARNINGs and NOTICEs which should not affect how Asterisk runs.

For that error go to /etc/asterisk/extensions-vicidial.conf
you can find there a group of dial plan that has _. change it to _X. instead

For this error naman you need to disable the admin 102 phone i think its in the last part of the phones list as it conflicts with cc102 extension in the dialplan
