I have no idea why you would want to do this, but if you are using remote agents you could just set a maximum call duration in the dialplan. If you want this behavior in the vicidial.php interface you will have to do some programming.

ok thanks for your answer
i don't want the agent remote be programing in the vicidial.php
but in the dialplan yes it will be a great idea
how can it set the max call duration in the dialplan with extension i need to use for
it is here
[monitor]
exten => h,1,DeadAGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log--HVcauses ... EBUG-----${HANGUPCAUSE}-----${DIALSTATUS}-----${DIALEDTIME}-----${ANSWEREDTIME})

exten => s,1,Set(TIMEOUT(digit)=10)
exten => s,n,Set(TIMEOUT(response)=10)
exten => s,n,Set(MEETME_EXIT_CONTEXT=monitor_exit)
exten => s,n,Background(vm-extension) ; need audio prompt.
exten => s,n,WaitExten(10)
