Agent Scheduled Call Backs

Hi all,

I am running Vicibox Server VERSION: 2.0.5-173 BUILD: 90320-0424.

I have read the Manager Manual (bought it today) and the Agent manual but I have a problem relating to scheduling agent call backs.

When an agent clicks call disposition 'CALLBK - Call Back' he or she is immediately returned to the agent screen.

The agent manual suggests he should see another screen which will enable him to select the call back date.

Any advice appreciated.

Do you have scheduled callbacks enabled for the Campaign and for the User?

Hi Matt,

I had it enabled at user level but not the campaign.

I do now, and I tested it and it worked like a charm.
