Lead List Filter

Question: If I have been running through a campaign with lists for 6 months then I wanted to create a new compaign with different lists (based on Zip Code criteria) I am ultimately starting from scratch (as far as old call dispositions go).

If I want to filter out leads that have been dispositioned as "LEAD" (a custom disposition) is that possible so that I do not call back those people again in the new lists?

status != 'LEAD'
