Hi,

Run in Compatibility View, to do this choose Tools->Compatibility View. I hope this will solve the problem.

In Internet Explorer menu, If you are using IE 8, it should be on right hand side on menu.

Below line was giving me the errror :

I commented it and now its Ok.

We have clients with hundreds of agents using IE6, 7, 8 and Firefox with no issues.

Hi,

I personally have the same problem in IE7,8 with my java code of clearing script contents after call ends. I sort this out by enabling compatibility view. I don't know why gmcust3 can't see this option in his browser.
