Hi,
I installed vicidial (following SCRATCH_INSTALL it took me one day !) but i can't get it work :
when i log in my phone doesn't ring
second i get Noone is in your session: 8600051 error.
Please help !

Please make sure you have the proper entries in your crontab as stated according to the SCRATCH_INSTALL doc

Please try running the keepalive scripts manually and also check the mail on your server to see if there are any errors that have been reported.

i checked mail errors.
i have this message each 5 minutes :

mv : can't move '/var/spool/asterisk/monitor/monitor' to '/var/spool/asterisk/monitor/ORIG/monitor' : file doesn't exist

otherwise, i ran the alive scripts manually but i can't see all of them when typing ps command : is it due to performance machine (test machine is P400 and 32Mhz...)

try rebooting your server. and also make sure that your client's station time are in sync with the server.

Op3r I think what you mean is that the servers are in sync with each other. Because the perl files are running on server side and not client side. Also I believe that vicidial is not checking on the agent's time. It is always checking on the server time.
