Dear Groupdvp,

It seems your SIP trunk is not registered properly. Just check it on CLI prompt by typing in sip show registry

My SIP trunk is registered

ServerVOIP*CLI> sip show registry
Host Username Refresh State
@ipfornisseurVOIP:5060 user1 45 Registered

And I think that the problem comes from my trunksip Since I make calls from my xlite soft with an account that I create myself in the admin.php

The problem is the dial phone number

Executing Dial ( "@ default Local/8600051-F039, 1", "SIP/SIPtrunk/10254968612 | 30 | To") in new stack

For the call to move correctly I must have the number 0254968612 instead of 10254968612

So my plan count must be changed but I do not know how

Dear Groupdvp,

I think this 1 is comming from your phone code. To get rid of this in admin gui Choose Campaign->Your Campaign name->Detail and change Omit Phone Code: to Y and press Submit to save changes. Wait for about 1 min for new changes to take place and try again.

Best regards,

Thank you very much, Dear webgurru

Just one question please
Is the phone number must be displayed xlite after I launched "NEXT NUMBER"
Thank you in advance

I did not understand what you want to ask. When you loged in agent gui, your phone rings and you pick up and connected to campaign. After this you dial number from agent GUI and your xlite will never show any cli.

Yes exactly I can not associate with the softphone application web VICIDIAL

Knowing full well that if I use the xlite directly I can make a call without problem

This is a catchall dialplan. Very dangerous to use with Vicidial. Breaks a lot of things.

exten => _.,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _.,2,Dial(${TESTSIPTRUNK2010}/${EXTEN:1},,To)
exten => _.,3,Hangup

If you're calling US number, try the NPA-NXX format (1NXXNXXXXXX).

exten => _1NXXNXXXXXX,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _1NXXNXXXXXX,2,Dial(${TESTSIPTRUNK2010}/${EXTEN},,To)
exten => _1NXXNXXXXXX,3,Hangup

exten => _91NXXNXXXXXX,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _91NXXNXXXXXX,2,Dial(${TESTSIPTRUNK2010}/${EXTEN:1},,To)
exten => _91NXXNXXXXXX,3,Hangup

Yes I know that this configuration is dangerous, I just wanted to test, and then I'll make the right configuration
Now I can make calls normally from party agents :D I was just a problem of handling, now VICIDIAL communicate well with xlite
Thank you for your help
