Dialer not connecting calls

Hi
Im having some issues making calls, everyone of them turns out to be "no answer in 55000ms", here we have settings and info

Looks like your calling toll free numbers. No one really answers on the other end since they're mostly IVRs. Try calling regular landline numbers.

Already tried a lot of different land lines with same results as above exactly, and the toll free i tried was my own, same issue

Try a different carrier and compare the results. You can also coordinate with your current carrier and have them monitor the calls and see what's happening. If you dial using your softphone what do you get?

Hi
Xlite just get call declined, person unavailable, i tried with a couple of carriers with same results. Follow normal procedure of installation, just sip.conf was changed to the same settings as above, as i read its supposed to be
