Little help please fellas

Whats UP Tampa,

Anyway been using these excellent tools for some time now and am much enjoying.

have a problem of attempting to download my lead lists from the admin interface.

Admin Login>Lists>Modify>Click here to download this list>

Then receive a white page with this error

"Invalid Username/Password or no list download permission: ||"

Obviously assuming it was a permissions issue of my user i checked the admin user permissions for list download and it was set to 1.

I'm hoping this is a quick fix kinda like "oh that happen to me once" or "Oh you don't have this box checked" type of thing LOL.

Im going to scout the forum a bit more but honestly I've been monitoring this thing run so much lately I'm running out of time to fix some problems.

user_level has to be 8 or 9

I did check the user level and it was already set to 9

Nope, those should be the only two things preventing that script from working.

Hmmm ok thanks. I guess ill tinker around with it some more. Is it safe to delete the main admin user if i create a new one first?

Just make sure you set the modify users to 1 before you delete the original admin user.
