i hv installed dialer.
I am able to configure softphone. Xlite.
Sip domain : 121.242.184.98
Server ip : 121.242.184.120
Auto dialling mode.
How to setup sip carrier and trunk for auto calls.

i have 21 PC and each has xlite installed onto it.
i have a switch on which the voip service provider has giving me ip.
i have 21 static ip.
i have connected server to the switch and voip line to the switch.
i have created the campaing with auto-dial ratio 4.0
i have entered the sip server address on xlite ie 121.242.184.98
i am using the same login created in vicidialnow user for xlite

the vicidial is throughing calls but that calls are not hitting my xlite softphone.

121.242.184.98 is that your vicidialservers ip?

Is you xlite called by vicidial when you logon in to a campaign?

i vicidial server ip is 121.242.184.120
and my xlite did not call

your xlite phones logs on to you vicidialserver and use that as a sipserver.

hi,

i was able to configure my sip and the softphone is getting registered.

i have put some leads on a campaing but when agent logs in he can hear "your the only person on this call".

but on the agent screen there is no leads shown. When we check it in admin panel we can see that vicidialnow has called 5 of 10 leads.

Even i can conference call.

i have added a script so that it works

sip.conf:
[cc100]
disallow=all
allow=ulaw
allow=alaw
type=friend
username=100
secret=100
host=dynamic
dtmfmode=inband
qualify=1000
mailbox=100

i think the host id should be corrected.

System Config:
HP ML110 Server
D-link Layer 2 switch
Vicidialnow server ip 121.242.184.120
Dlink switch ip 121.242.184.98
Gateway 121.242.184.97
SIP IP 202.54.112.194
SIP Provider TATA/BSNL
No of Client : 22
