setting an auto dial IVR "medical appointent reminder&q

I am at 2.4.0 rev 1334

I would like to set up an auto dialer for a medical office with the following features:

1- make a reminder appointment call , maybe, the day before that the patience has the appointment "tomorrow at 10.30 am"

2- make another reminder call to the patient after 6 month of his last appointment to remind him to take his physical exam.


I am able to set the outbound call with TTS enable and it is working OK.
I using the TTS synthesis from the lead fields on the fly and it also works OK. The lead gets into the hopper and the call goes immediate after the lead is within the hopper.

What I don't know how to program from the astguiclient are the time and dates for these calls. I would like to be able to do is, e.g., dial lead 55 the 25th March at 9.30am

the table 'vicidial_callbacks' store the callback date and times but I have to go with phpmyadmin to edit them.

Is there any way to programs these 'callbacks' from the astguiclient?

We usually write a custom program to put the leads into the vicidial_list from the client system at specific times, either direct database inserts or using the non-agent API.

Rephrasing your comment, it means that I can't do what I want from the astguiclient w/o adding/editing some php or programming.

I see what I can do. if I get it work, I will post the outcome so I share it to the forum. I am not a "full-time" programmer
