Hi, are there ways i can view inbound missed calls numbers for my Vicidial Setup..? so i can call and follow up the client..

like inbound calls being drop before its pass on to the voicemail coz all agents are busy attending other calls,

-The purpose is so we can callback all the missed incoming call for follow up
.Is it possible..?

The Calls Export page will allow you to do this.

-what i have on mind is to integrate GTALK on asterisk, so i can have jabber IM, where i can setup the dial plan like when incoming calls are coming the asterisk gtalk account will Instant message a buddy with the missed call inbound along with its number...

-Can you suggest on what part of the dial plan i may insert this..? is it possible..?
