How to make Interactive script ?

Hi,

I would like to get direction how to make prepared text questions with prepared answers so that agent can mark the answer that he get from customer and go on next ...
It would be nice if this kind of survey can be placed in SCRIPT tab as interactiv script.....

Not really an easy way of doing this in the SCRIPT tab at this point.

We recommend using a separate page and the WEB FORM to do these kind of functions.
