Transfer-Conf Num Label

Hello,
We added a new field in vicidial_campaigns table in order to put the Transfer-Conf Num Label, so the agents can see the name of the Transfer-Conf Num.
We also changed the vicidial.php code in order to show the names of these links.

I haven't modify admin.php, but if any one is interested in this feature is more than welcome

Would you be able to make it 2.2.0-compatible by adding these for the vicidial_lists table as well for the overrides?
