Lahore (Pakistan) Based Call Center is looking for Linux Network administrator who will be responsible for the Asterisk PBX and ViciDial Server Administration, configuration and maintenance of Apache, MySQL. Plan, design, analyze, backup, recovery and able to provide the Network Support for all available servers.
Proficiency in Linux, VoIP and LAN is Vital.
Fully understands all aspects of Asterisk installation & Vicidial Predictive and Manual Dialing
Good knowledge of VOIP technologies/Signaling protocols like SIP/IAX etc.
Able to provide custom IVR solutions as needed
Asterisk integration with CRM is a major plus
Can work independently.
Call Queuing
Job Timings 10:00 – 19:00 5 days a week
