Postby techster » Sun Mar 14, 2010 11:14 am

Hi

Can anyone suggest me good VOIP minutes provider. We have a center in India and would like to terminate our calls in UK; 1 sec pulse carriers are preferred.

i kinda like the Vicidial Group -> colo with them and they let you use unlimited bandwidth while using their minutes :)

beyond that, scour the forums, there are many mentioned, and there is always http://www.voipcharges.com/ which has an outdated list, but i've actually found several through their site (after all, if they are listed on that site and STILL IN BUSINESS, that can't be a bad thing!)

We can offer UK landline at 1 cent, any number of ports needed, unless abused.

Yes, we can handle 600 simultaneous calls.
Abused in the sense, system must not be used for pinging number in UK, but the time we are getting a ACD of above 1 minute we are ok, below 1 minute we need to get into clients usage to see what exactly are they doing.

You want an Average Call Duration of 60+ Seconds? That's pretty high for dialers ...

Does anyone "bill" based on a Tiered Level for ACD? :)

in other words:

ACD >= 25 seconds, X.X cents per minute
ACD >= 45 seconds, X.X cents per minute
ACD >= 60 seconds, X.X cents per minute

William,
This depends upon your database and kind of process you are running, there are some companies who ping the database and give missed calls on UK numbers, in that case ACD goes around 5-6 seconds, i am against it, if there is any legal process going on and ACD is low due to dialer config or kind of process, we are ok with it, be it 30 seconds or 60 seconds, we assume 60 seconds, as thats what we have normally seen with our traffic coming in from different brands of dialers.

Sorry for coming in late.

We have 2 tiers of centers. Tier1 are company owned, tier 2 are staked.

We require minutes for both of these. However, for initial run it would be a test basis and then we will go on with volumes. To begin with we will have 25 agents on vicidial for UK.

I have one for 1.4 cents per minute on US calls rates go down depending on the volume of calls. Clear channel plus huge ports. I even have a setup that uses 600 channels at any given time using my provider and still have a capacity to run a broadcast campaign :D
Get paid for US outbound Toll Free calls. PM me.
