Whats is the source of Income for Vici Group apart from Manual ?

Shouldn't it be made "must" for all to buy Manual before they can access this forum ?

If everything is documented, then why ppl will employ Vici Group to get their set up ?

To add new features , which comes to later as Free ?

If so, what are those features which Vici Group is working on ?

You can look in SVN/trunk to see the new features as we add them. For instance tonight I just added an API function to allow Remote Agents to transfer calls.

We will not be requiring people to buy the manual to access this free forum.

its not really necessary to buy the manual to get acccess here, some of the users here post about their technical problems regarding their setup and some post bugs that they have found or their feedback regarding the software
