just add a sipaccount in x-lite

username cc101

password test

auturizing username cc101

Domain= your servers ipnumber

thats config for one sipphone

on 2 its cc102 on 3 cc103.......

Have you read the VicidialNOW Getting Started Guide (http://www.vicidialnow.org). It describes in details what you want to do. This will jumpstart your VicidialNOW experience.

You need to know a lot to run your own call center. That is if you plan to do it all on your own. If not, hire people who are experts in their field and who can help you build your own call center. Managers, business developers, consultants and etc.

if X-Lite is Configured with VICIDIAL and vicidial through call to xlite, the eyebeam is also configure with the same way, but one thing to do with vicidial server, install codecs of eyebeam and also install liscense
