invalid extension

helo, good day..

anybody knows what is the problem in my vicidial.
when i login into agent's login my softphone rings.
but it cannot dial the numbers, its display in the server.

something is wrong in dialplan.

How is your dialplanentry in admin/server/carrier ?

in the admin=>carrier?

the dialplan entry is:

exten => _9X.,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _9X.,2,Dial(${SIP9}/${EXTEN:2},,tTor)
exten => _9X.,3,Hangup

are you trying to make a manual call in vicidial agent interface, auto-dial when resuming as an agent or dial straight from your soft phone?

what number are you dialing?

what is the value of the "Dial Prefix" in your campaing? (If a campaign is involved)?

what is the value of the "dial code" from your imported list (if a list is involved)?

im going to use manual dial in the agent interface sir..

my dial prefix value in campaign is: 911

where i can the dial code value sir?
