vicidial not ringing

Hi

Installed vicidial following SCRATCH-INSTALL over the weekend. everything works i think but i dont think its ringing. I can see in the real time view that calls are being placed but its more than half hour no one recieved calls.

I am using ration = 3lines per agent.

Whats the solution?

Does the vicidial_hopper record and the hopper leads in the vicidial/admin.ph should be the same?

becoz when I check the record in mysql (by placing select * from vicidial_hopper; ) its not same as shown on the vicidial/admin web page (where it says click to see what leads are in the hopper). Is this normal.

I am just trying to see whats wrong

are you using voip or what?

check your asterisk cli and see if the calls are connecting.

yes I do VOIP calls and this above is the message I am getting when using vicidial to dial.

try making a manual call first.

then check your context both on iax.conf and extensions.conf

Sont dont worry I figured it out:

extensions was restricted so I fixed it.

Vicidial works fine now. well I have run it for a week on predictive dialing to see hows it. It works really good though.

so dat i can check from urs
can u please post ur extensions.conf, iax.conf,voicemail.conf and meetme.conf.
