Hi,
i start using vicidial and i want to know if there is a possibility to have custom scripts depending on the response of the customer. like a workflow
i see that you can assign a script per campaign
ex workflow :
- start presenting
- customer says yes : script 1 appears
- customer says maybe : script 2 appears,
like a decision tree
Ps : i will buy the manual soon

We have had several clients use Lime Survey for this.

and you CAN pop ANY web page (of your own making or anyone else's) at the onset of the call. that's what the web form is for. so: YES, you can do what you want.
