VICIDIAL not attempting calls in auto dial mode

hello
we are using VICIDIAL it is working fine in one to one mode
but in auto dial vicidal is not even attempting to make a call
my asterisk version is 1.2.12.1
vicidial 1.2.0.1
Linux distro FC4

it just stop after this

my screen output is this please help what may be the issue please help

Check that your manager.conf file is properly configured as per the SCRATCH_INSTALL

i checked my settings for manager.conf it seems to be exactly according to scract install

"Unable to create channel of type 'Zap'" means that something is configured wrong. What kind of trunks are you using?

What is the output of /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_update.pl --debug

is there anything in root's mailbox on your VICIDIAL server

i think my AST_VDautodial is not working and when i treid to run this script manualy
