VICIDIALNOW loading new lead problems

Hi, I'm kinda new to vicidial and we have already setup a working system with multi servers, and been able to load leads with no prob at all.

Recently we tried to load new AUS leads as csv file (the usual way) but instead of it being 1000+ (and it accepted 900+/1000+) but when we tried to query it through phpmyadmin and even on the list tab, it just shows 40!!!

Also we checked for duplicates 900+ good around 40+ bad

i am having much of the same issue. Recently i uploaded a list of 45000+ leads the file was processed and told me 45945 good 678 bad. but then when checking the list it only shows to contain 22341 leads.

same has happened on a second list of 15000 leads after upload the list only contains around 7k leads.

now to test this i have uploaded several different files and formats but i continue to have the same issue.

try changing your list to tab-delimited text(.txt file extension too) and try again.
