ERI status and missing recordings.

hello.

one of our agents encountered ERI status and we can't find the lead recordings. any possible solution?? please........... thanks...

ERI means an agent was on a live call when their browser lost connection to the web server or they closed thwir browser in the middle of a call.

Hi Matt,

We are at a similar predicament. If a lead status was ERI, does that mean that we will have no recording of the live call as this designed this way?

There very well may be a recording, but depending on when the agent closed their browser you may have to go searching for the file.
