Problem in recording

Hi Matt,

I am not able to download recording files.. Getting one error which is as under.

You don't have permission to access /RECORDINGS/MP3 on this server.

I am using Admin login for it.

please post your method of installation, vicidial version and build, asterisk version, cluster setup if this is not a standalone box and any other software installed in your box.

remember that logging on as "admin" into "vicidial" does not give you special permissions in apache for any OTHER web sites residing on the box. if your recordings folder is not part of vicidial, technically, it is apache that determines whether you have permission to access that folder on that machine (if you are attempting this folder with http, which you did not specify)

describe your failure in a bit more depth if you can
