Answered Calls in Campaign not matching total calls received

In ViciDial -- I was wondering why the total calls answered in the real time campaign summary does not match the total calls fielded by the active reps in the campaign. Any insight you guys may have would be appreciated. Thanks!

what do you have the status "Human Answered" flag set to for all of your statuses?

"Human Answered' is set to Y or N depending on the disposition.

should it be set to Y for all 'selectable' dispositions??

It should be set to all dispositions that you want to count as Answered by an agent.

ok so to be clear...each status that has Y for 'Human Answer' will show as 'answered' on the real-time report?
