Mr. Stevens,

Let me get this clear: You want to "drop voicemail" (which I assume means to leave a recorded message on the prospects voicemail system) OR just "drop if Human" (which I assume means to hang up, even though you used "drop" in both instances).

I will not discuss the legalities of this request, but will assume (once again) that you have discussed the likelihood of a huge fine with your Legal Team.

Beyond that, it is not particularly difficult to accomplish what you require, aside from the morality of it, it's pretty cheap.

we have installed vicidial now but we have no experience how to make it work

we need remote support for :

complete the installation and setup iax2 or sip for outbound calls
make the system use a remote mysql database server
