Transfer Issue needed urgent Help

Vicidial working fine and dialing the numbers but when we tranfer the call vicidial always add "X" with transfered number. this is the CLI output.

Our transfer number is 14109999358 and vicidial always dial x14109999358 so we are unable to tranfer the call.

did you put the "h" extension referred to scratch install?

this is really important on predictive dialing.

Yes I include but still not solved

Without having to figure out what the actual problem is you could just put a wildcard character "." in the dialplan to allow for the X to go through and then remove it from the dialed extension.

But as for how to figure out why this is happening, what is the Originate command that is being sent for this(if you have server logging turned on you can see this in the action_full log).

Basically its add "Dial Prefix" with transfered no thats I set in Campaign.
