AgentDisplay CallsInQueue

Hi there,

i just read soemthing about astgui 2.2 from svn. Furthermore I read, that there is this CallsInQueue for Agent Display kinde re-activated ... I write re-activated, cause it seems to me, per default, it's not active.

I compared the old vicidal.php from vicinow 1.1 with the one from vicinow 1.3 - and I am not used to debugging javascript. I was able to get that AgentCallsOnHold visible for my agents, but not whats left in Queue. Also, i was not able to to "match up" the codes against each other ...

Is there an quick or at least easy way to get displayed to my agents what's left in all the Queues they are on ?

It was a hard job translating the vicidial.php since I did not prefer the translation-script so I am already used to walk through a 8000-lines-file ... I'm not afraid playing around, but maybe there is just an easy hack, so that I don't have to risk to break my system when checking in to the SVN trunk ....

Just upgrade to 2.2.0rc8, it's an option in the admin interface.
