TransferConf Number

Postby thebodz99 » Mon Nov 06, 2006 3:08 pm

Hi All
I Have the latest vicidial working at 100% except one thing , i have set up a Transfer-Conf Number and a Transfer-Conf DTMF for my agent , so when they transfert the call it is automatiquely transfert with the pin number .

But when I click on transfert and click on dial vicidial is adding a 9 prefix befor my number and can't call ...!!!

My campaign is setup to not use any prefix only X.

Where can I tell vicidial to not add a 9 prefix when we conference a number?

thanks

Ok I found the problems my extentions.conf was missing 3 lines.

exten => _9NXXNXXXXXX,1,AGI(call_log.agi,${EXTEN})
exten => _9NXXNXXXXXX,2,Dial(${TRUNK1}/${EXTEN:1},,tTo)
exten => _9NXXNXXXXXX,3,Hangup
now its working fine.

thanks
