Your session has being disable after upgrade

Hello guys, long time, can anybody help me with this Pls, I just installed vicidialnow and after installation I upgrade my system to vicidial2.2 according to the instruction in http://vicidialnow.org/ now, when I log into the agent interface, all I saw in the interface was "Your session has being disabled"
