Vici and AUDIOCODE MPS : Urgent

I would like to know How to configure Vnow 1.3 with AudioCode.

Searching everywhere but No clue.

I know many Indian Consultants are doing this..

Can anyone guide me or tell me step by step ?

ahhh .... i've been there before.

do NOT attempt to use this with vicidial.

it was designed specifically to work with Asterisk. There will be directions for this.

AFTER you have it working with asterisk ... then it will be providing trunks (or phones/stations, depending on which version you get) successfully to Asterisk and can EASILY be integrated to Vicidial.

If it is supplying SIP trunks to Asterisk, Vicidial can use those SIP trunks. Shift your search in this fashion and you will likely find directions that will get it working. Bring the SIP context that works with Asterisk and we can get it to work with Vicidial with slight alterations (like sending inbound calls to trunkinbound instead of whatever they recommend, that sort of thing).

you still have a great signature. but put your asterisk version in it! (your personal knowledge and the "record" that VicidialNOW version X.X has asterisk X.X.X in it does not help users who are searching for those keywords come to THIS solution with Google!)
