Hi is it possible to have a DID number being used for inbound to receive calls but the calls will be forwarded to an extension like i call DID # XXXXXXXXXX then it will ring and have a voice prompt to put extensions number 107 which it will be forwarded to agents on the INgroup.

I'm not quite I understand exactly what you are asking, but it sounds like something ViciDial can do.

you want to have a voice menu to allow inbound callers to choose the extension that they are transferred to?
