Leads not uploaded into the database

Hello everyone,

I am new in using VicidialNOW. First of all, let me thank the developer of Vicidial in creating a great software.

I am having a couple of issues though when uploading the leads to the list. My version of Vicidial is:

VERSION: 2.0.5-174
BUILD: 90522-0506

I have tried using the Super Lead Loader/web interface in loading the leads. I can see that it reports the number of leads as GOOD. All 31k rows. But, I am unable to see it under the LISTS or the CAMPAIGN section I have assigned it to.

I have also tried using the command line.

Still, no leads are inserted in the database.

If you need additional information regarding the server setup, please let me know. I would really love to get this resolved soon.

It would help if you can post a screenshot of how you load your leads via the web based super leads loader. Most of the time, people forget to add an entry in the list id override box for the leads to go into.

hi gardo. I think the upgrade of the vicidial software caused the issue. I have reinstalled the server, and everything is working okay now.
