Where to buy Sangoma Voicetime in Philippines

I hope its not much of a favor to ask, is there a local store here in the philippines selling sangoma voicetime?

you just have to buy it online, takes around 2 to 3 weeks to arrive, i have a client bought from some alligator in manila at a sky high price thats why I dont recommend buying in the philippines unless you swallow the high price of course

check ebay.com or those sangoma retailers in singapore but not in the Phils though, i have one client of mine quoted fo 18,000 which is total highway robbery

Whoah! Php 18k? That's really absurd. Who gave that quotation? One can easily buy the Sangoma USB timer online. Easiest way is ebay or tipidpc.com (kung meron). It's around $65 on ebay.com. Unfortunately the seller on ebay only ships to US. You have to find a way on how to get one.
