Hi , i have patches the sounds of my asterisk during the install
Asterisk 1.4.21-vici
VERSION: 2.2.0-234
BUILD: 100116-0718

but when some call to my DID # i got this logs on CLI:

maybe this a new features

i see only this error:
res_musiconhold.c:265 ast_moh_files_next: Unable to open file '/var/lib/asterisk/default/0001_conf.gsm': No such file or directory
mean that asterisk run the music on hold from the class default and he search the file /var/lib/asterisk/default/0001_conf.gsm and he don't find it
check first that you have this file.and he exist

but why im getting error, do i need to set this file to be executable..?
