Changing VicidialNow agent screen

Hi,

Do someone know how to change or removing the vicidial logo for the agent screen?

Absolutely. Replace the graphic in the images folder. Not hard. Or call The Vicidial Group and they'd be happy to take care of that for you. Not even very expensive, that change.

wow. ok, i can work with that: html 101 here we go

your web root in vicidial could be /var/www (depending on your version), you'll have to locate that yourself

inside the web root you will find "agc" (the astguiclient agent interface area)

inside the agc folder you will find "images"

inside the images folder you will find ... a LOT of files. if you don't know its name, try right clicking on it when it's in the browser (that will give you the name if you try to save the image)

you can use WinSCP to move files onto/off of your server easily.

remember to keep the old one (or just rename it) for reference
