Enable Lead Preview and Alt Phone Dial by Default

Is there any way to enable/check the Lead Preview and Alt Phone Dial ckeckboxes on the agents interface. I want these turned on by default and would prefer the agent not to be able to turn them off.

That requires a new feature or several changes in the source code. Sounds like a good feature request for the issue tracker.
