g729 codec problem

Hi,

have already lost 25 g729 codec license from digum, due to host change for testing. Now digium is not ready to change the host any more. I was going thought some article, where one can set a g729 licenses server, where the license will be in one server and the connection will be authenticated for g729 codec licenses. Any body from group has any idea how to set up a g729 license server, which will help me in my research to get one or developed one.
