hello champ is these any scan disk command available in vicidialnow...
i also want to know that how can i configure my inbound DID number with IVR...lets put some example if someone dial our tollfree number customer should listen IVR press 1 for sales press 2 customer service care 3 for complain..please do let me know if there any champ can guide me i have managers manual also but i cant understand how could i do..it...

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method, vicidial version and build, asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box.

Similar to This:
Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X Build XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

the method for this has improved DRAMATICALLY over the last few versions. so we need to know what you have installed so we know what to tell you! :) If you have the latest version installed, all you have to do is follow the directions in the manual and all that will be working.

The command is: "fsck.ext3" on your VicidialNOW system. Run it without any flags to see the different options available.
