is the last time I've many cut repetitive and I'd like to know the problem come the what and if there is a solution for this problems and repetitive beep

try Zoiper or KIAX and see if there is a difference.

i have try whith zoiper but problem there is many noise in the line, and i'have veriffy the codec he aren't the codec G729 there is just the GSM who work.

From my understanding, I think we are experiencing the same problem.

Do you mean that when agent is back from a break and logs into the system, and is on call, the agent and the client he is talking to, hear annoying repetitive beep sound or the entry/leave sound?
