vicidial 2.2.1 with asterisk 1.4: sessions available

I have installed vicidial 2.2.1 with asterisk 1.4, Dahdi_dummy works fine but i have an error : Sorry there are no sessions available
i have checked the server ip : everything is allright

Please can you help me

Have you read the VicidialNOW Getting Started Guide? Did you follow the upgrade instructions on http://www.vicidialnow.org?
